Thank you
Post 7 in the "2021 FIDE World Rapid & Blitz Championships - New Venue ?" thread is obviously off-topic (Michael's probably as shocked as I am at the terrible play by the challenger).
Posts #1456 and #1457 in the Tennis thread don't seem to have anything to do with tennis.
The thread "What do I expect GCCC v RCC April 7th, Lichess Fixed Roster Match to achieve?" is not really about the event in the title or any other upcoming tournament. It is just an excuse for Kerry Corker to continue to his mad ravings about team chess being the saviour for Australian chess in another section of the BB. Can the thread please be moved to the Australia Chess section of the BB where it belongs.
Agreed and done.
The Tournament News and Results section is for the reporting of tournament news and results. Big picture discussions that may be vaguely related to specific tournaments should be conducted in Australian Chess. If someone wants to start a thread reporting the tournament in the tournament news and results section they are welcome to do so.
Should ASTC be online thread is on a tangent by blackbishop talking about general interclub events online nothing to do with ASTC. I believe should be split as this is misleading.
The Moderation: questions, discussion and completely pointless whinging thread has gone badly off topic and posts need to be moved or deleted, perhaps the later is preferable.
I think the chatter thread is now probably better off in the Coffee Lounge. It has devolved in a consistent slanging match.
KB : "I'll put them back as a split thread if anyone cares enough to suggest a coherent non-insulting title for them and post the suggestion to this thread"
Suggested thread title : "Even Egyptian hieroglyphics couldn't TRUMP this confused mess. :hmm:"
Can I have the date in the title of this thread removed so it reads "Mentone Chess Club"? Thanks.
