On the main index page there is a link called "View Forum Leaders" (Towards the bottom in a dark blue footer). Clicking on that will list Admin(s) and Mod(s).

As long as it is regarding administration issues and not moderation. I don't intend to get into that can of worms again. That was the idea anyway.
