Sorry, but I can't figure out what makes white lose so easily.

Could expert explain that to me?

Hi 擺花街飲醉酒,

White gave up a pawn on move 19 with c4, then another pawn a couple of moves later on move 23 when he allowed Black to capture the doubly attacked d4 pawn (by playing h3 instead of defending the pawn with a rook).

Two pawns difference is a pretty major advantage in a game of chess. :)
