I suggest that we should have a separate section of this forum for discussing chess books.

To get things started I shall talk a little about "Bird's Opening" by Timothy Taylor.

This has a host of good content. However the danger with the book is that some of his suggestions are untested. I ran into two improvements it the champions League. In a third game my opponent produced a move on move one
from the latest volume of "Secret Opening Surprises''. I cannot discuss the games as they are still in progress. If you play Bird's Opening get this book.

Taylor deals with From's Gambit very well. However I would transpose to the King's Gambit but it is a matter of personal taste.
