Hi Skip, I've just noticed that FEN positions that had been displaying correctly a day or two ago are now returning 404 errors.

Could this have been due to a recent upgrade?

Cheers,

EE

How about trying out chessgenie from Rootyhillchess for displaying FEN. It makes use of macromedia flash and it's so simple to use. I discovered it when I created my Website for Toukley www.fianchetto.centralcoastchess.com (http://www.fianchetto.centralcoastchess.com) - the result of the Chess chat forum http://www.chesschat.org/showthread.php?t=3147 "How to create chess website at minimal cost".

Enter this keyword on your google "Flash users survey"... You'll be amazed to know that 97.7% have flash...
In April 2006, NPD Research conducted a study to determine what percentage of Web browsers have Macromedia Flash Player pre-installed. The results show that 97.7% of Web users can experience Macromedia Flash content without having to download and install a player.
