5.Re5 c1=R!!(if 5....c1=Q?? 6.Rf5+! draw)

This is the very well-known Saavedra position, originally set as a problem which was supposed to be a draw, until the win by underpromotion was pointed out as a cook to the original problem.

This is the very well-known Saavedra position, originally set as a problem which was supposed to be a draw, until the win by underpromotion was pointed out as a cook to the original problem.
It is also quite simple to work out the first 4 moves by negative inference. There simply can be no other moves.
