Hey Glenno, l like that first game above, pity the other guy hung the rook as it would have been nice to see how the ending played out. But what happened in the second game? Did you set the board up wrong for your eighth move, or something else?

He resigned because the next move (41.Rxh4#) was apparant.

LOL, I know I have missed something, although I dont know what. Where is the threat in 3. Qxd4?

It would just be a developing move, opponents giving up tempo, adding a piece in 3 moves, gaining a knight for pawn. What is there? Sorry if the last bit sounds arrogant, and it isnt meant to sound arrogant. Please may someone tell me the problem.

Another thing I have seen (and have played against me :( ) is instead of 7...Ne5, black plays Qg6, forking both the e and g pawns. Seeing as you play the opening, is there a way to make this a gambit and not a blunder? Thanks in advance :)
