This was a tight finish with no fewer than 7 players finishing in equal first on 7.5/10,
Andrey Esipenko, Wang Hao, Daniil Yuffa, David Paravyan, Maxmie Vachier-Lagrave, David Navarra and Mustafa Yilmaz.

There was a four player tiebreak play-off (I'm assuming it the four were decided on tie-break points)
Wang Hao knocked of Daniil Yuffa in one Semi-final, while David Paravyan eventually defeated Andrey Esipenko in the other after four draws.

Paravyan beat Wang Hao in their first game, and was strong enough to hold a draw in their last game.

A good tournament for the younger players, with Paravyan (21), Esipenko (17), & Yuffa (22).

Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu (14), and Parham Maghsoodloo (19) were among the 13 players half a point off the pace on 7/10.

Tan Zhonyi was the highest placed female.
