For those interested in/considering joining the committee in 2020 or becoming ongoing volunteer; is there an application form/sign up sheet etc. Cheers
All the best for the Blitz afterwards.

In support of the recent bushfires, Is there the possibility of MCC running a simul or time odds blitz marathon/street chess against public/all comers to raise funds for charity.
I am more than willing to donate my time to raise funds on clubs behalf. I understand theses things don't just happen and need planning but think it could be positive event.
I do also understand getting enough novice participants to make it worthwhile could (will?) be a challenge.

Just a reminder that the 2020 MCC Blitz Championship is on this Sunday afternoon.

No need to be a member to enter - you can play as a non-member and the entry process is similar to that used for Saturday Allegros.

MCC will consider any reasonable proposal that may be forwarded.

I will contact you to see how you might wish to bring about your proposal.
