Correct. Its not hard to see if its given as a ''puzzle'' but in a practical game would be tricky

Sadly this is another example where the startling combination isn't the best move; it's all very well if white goes queen-grabbing, but what if he does not? Still very well worth knowing such things are even possible.

Ok, Michael. Some un-PC software assisted analysis.
(a)Try 1 Na5 Qxh1+ 2 Kd2 Qd5! and Black wins. (Na5 can only work if b7 is undefended. So point taken)

(b) Try 1 Nd6 Qxh1+ 2 Kd2 Qd5 3 N (say d) x f7+ Bxf7 4 Nxf7+ Kc8 and I think the best white has is a draw by perpetual check. If 5 Rc1 than one of the N's goes to c6 and Black wins.

(c) Try 1 Rc1 Qxh1+ 2 Kd2 Qd5 and again no killer.

So for now I am stumped. Looks like a different first move, or I am missing something in the Nd6 line. Need to look at it in daytime....(This is why Baron is an FM and Adamski is a patzer.)

The puzzle is reminiscent of one of Paul Morphy's games (maybe v Duke of Brunswick) where he sac'ed 2 R's. James P. was Morphy white here?

Sorry for the Nd6 answer, I should have said Nb6 as this leads to a quickish win if black decides to be a ravenous glutton and pick off the two rooks.
