Chess Victoria, with support from Australian Chess Federation, plans to organise a FIDE Trainers’ Seminar in Melbourne to raise the standard of chess coaching in Australia.
This is a very good opportunity to obtain a recognised FIDE trainer title at a much lower cost because the next nearest place to attend such a seminar is either in Singapore or the Philippines. Imagine the airfare and accommodation costs and the time involved.
I am seeking expression of interest from anyone who is interested in such a seminar. This includes not only Victorians but also inter-state and overseas participants (e.g. New Zealand and Oceania).
If you are interested but would like to keep it confidential for the time being, please e-mail your interest to me at nywong@iprimus.com.au.
Many thanks.
Cheers.
