Edit icons not functioning

All the text-editing icons on my Reply to Thread screen have stopped functioning - no font, bold, justify, indent, add link/image, smilies etc. Why is it so?

Just checking they work for me, which they appear to do. No idea.

You can all stop problem-solving. I added ScriptNo as a Chrome extension, which proved to be a bit over-zealous. Now removed, and icons functional
