Time difference, login and logged out

In the last few days a possible error has developed where the times for posts are different between when a person is logged in and when they are logged out.

The difference seems to be 10 hrs, which would match the difference between AEST and GMT.

This seems to have occurred around the time that Australia started DST.

Forum time just reset so that Australian eastern DST time users should show no difference. Qld will be one hour out while DST is in operation. (Apologies to Qld posters but there are more users in the DST states.)
