Spying - Currently Active Users

When I click 'Currently Active Users' I get a message :

"Hobbes, you do not have permission to access this page." etc etc.

Is this link only available for admins, or it one of those things you need a lot of posts to access? Other forums I belong to allow people to see what other users are doing by clicking a similar link.

Admins and mods can see it. At one stage premium users could but I'm not sure this is still the case. One of the issues with it was you could see that someone was private messaging a particular person.
